Seán prefers Australia Registered Post, signature required for delivery. Australia Post will send you a notification on delivery day. Standard Delivery is 3-10 Business Days Australia Wide. (Please note: Public Holidays or Postage Disruptions may cause delays).

 

PACKING

Paintings are securely and safely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. If your painting has arrived damaged, please send Seán a photograph via email within 24 hrs of receiving it. Due to their value, Portraits are sent out via Registered Post only. They will require a signature upon delivery. (PLEASE CHECK THE CONTENTS IMMEDIATELY AFTER POST IS RECEIVED).

 

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Due to the highly personalised nature of your portrait, refunds are not offered once painting has commenced. Every painting produced has been lovingly created over days (sometimes weeks) of dedicated work. Because the subject matter is so personalized for each customer, the artwork has no personal value to Seán if decided against once the painting process has started. Communication is important and a priority for Seán to ensure you are happy with the progression. Please view Painting Process page.

Please contact Seán within 24hrs of placing an order if you have changed your mind, and you will receive a full refund. Refunds cannot be issued once an order has been placed and the painting process started. If your painting has been lost in transit, please check the tracking details with Australia Post first before reaching out to Seán.
